Now that the dust seems to have finally settled on the weekends Switch upgrade, I’m now in a position to share my thoughts.
In summary, Chris did a truly wonderful job in mitigating any downtime with any of our many services and network connections. If not undertaken correctly, we well could have been in a world of pain come Monday morning. Fortunately the only problems we’ve experienced were with some phone extensions, Front door intercom and some softphone Gateway issues. Far from mission critical services.
I continue to marvel at the expertise and professionalism of the entire Technicalities team. I definitely got on the right tram when I decided to partner with you all those many many years ago now. You guys make me look good!
